To achieve this, it’s crucial to establish clear objectives and provide a formal space for self-evaluation that encourages co-responsibility between the Softtekian and their leader.

During this process, we assess the goals set at the beginning of each year and establish new, more challenging objectives based on professional growth and the experience gained.
