12 April, 2019 – Vector ITC, a Spanish technology and digital group dedicated to the constant improvement of technological solutions, has announced the entry in its shareholding of the Mexican service provider Softtek,a company dedicated to promoting the evolution of organizations through digital technology. This strategic alliance, which gives impetus to Vector ITC’s international consolidation and expansion process, will enable the generation of business synergies to continue its operational expansion in North America, Latin America and Europe. Vector ITC and Softtek, which has acquired the 10% shareholding of the company, consolidate through this operation a strategic alliance to generate business synergies and strengthen its position worldwide.

Through this strategic agreement, Softtek will have access to Vector ITC’s portfolio of services and talent network, which has more than 2,500 professionals, seven offices in Spain and an international presence in Peru, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, the United States, Paraguay, the United Kingdom and Germany. Softtek, creator and leader of the near-shore industry and global provider of IT process-oriented services, has 30 offices in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia with more than 12,000 employees.
